MaasTrio
Based in Rotterdam, MaasTrio brings together Robin Benjamin (Hammond) Chris Houdtzagers (guitar), and Ehran Ruinard (drums).
We play a mix of funk, blues, swing and jazz, with a strong focus on the sound and repertoire of the Hammond trio. Alongside classic Hammond tunes, we also like taking well-known songs and arranging them for our own setup. This gives us a repertoire that can move from familiar songs to more traditional Hammond trio material, while leaving plenty of room for improvisation and different approaches to each tune.
