Gabriel Cassaro’s Oficina
Composer and bassist Gabriel Cassaro has been a part of the jazz scene in São Paulo since mid-2018. With the aim of showing the world his musical vision, he idealized and formed the group “Gabriel Cassaro’s Oficina” in 2023. Having moved to Rotterdam in 2024, Gabriel has restructured his group in this new European setting.
Within this proposal, Gabriel and his group bring with them an interesting mix of original songs, arrangements and influences from great names such as Ben Wendel, Kneebody, Weather Report and Milton Nascimento, which permeate both the world of modern jazz and the world of Brazilian music.
