About the project

The Federico Termini Quartet is a contemporary jazz ensemble that blends lyrical melodies with modern rhythmic and harmonic ideas. The group performs original compositions and new arrangements that combine influences from modern jazz and European jazz traditions.
For the concert on November 25th, the quartet will perform the repertoire from Federico’s latest album “Fearless”, recorded with his trio, along with several new, unreleased pieces written specifically for this lineup.

About Federico Termini

Federico Termini is an Italian jazz pianist whose style blends influences from jazz, soul, hip-hop, and funk. Active on the scene since 2013, he has performed at major festivals such as Beatfull Festival, Piano City, Sicilia Jazz Festival, and Freedom Jazz Festival both as a sideman and bandleader.

His work focuses on original compositions that merge lyrical expression with contemporary jazz soundscapes. With his trio, he has been a finalist in several international competitions, including the Gianni Lenoci International Award and the Bucharest International Jazz Competition. Federico leads multiple projects, including Jackinthebox, with whom he released the EP Lullabies (2023), and Qanat Trio, whose debut album was recorded in Amsterdam and released on the Italian label Alfamusic in October 2025.
