Madcap 4 is a musical project lead by bass player Giacomo Ieraci, which features Giovanni Nevyel on the trumpet, Vitan Logar on drums, and George Hytiroglou on the guitar. All songs are written by Giacomo, who’s interest in composing was sparked by being part of a rock band back in his home country. His inspiration for this style of writing are 90s rock and grunge acts such as Soundgarden, Alice in Chains and the Melvins. He derives his inspiration for jazz style composing from musicians such as John Abercrombie, John Scofield and Marc Johnson. Madcap 4 wishes that this carefully calculated blend satisfies the user’s palate
