The Honnet Brothers feat. Theo van Niel Jr

The Honnet Brothers are a French musical duo made up of brothers Anthony and Davy Honnet, on Hammond organ and drums respectively. \nTheir music fuses jazz, funk and electronic music, with a particular fondness for vintage sounds. They draw inspiration from artists such as Eddy Louiss, Medeski Martin & Wood, Fela Kuti and Delvon Lamarr. Over the course of their career, they have collaborated with a number of renowned musicians, including saxophonist Casey Benjamin, a member of the Robert Glasper Experiment and winner of two Grammy Awards. In September 2023, they performed together at the New Morning in Paris. \nThe Honnet Brothers have also shared the stage with legendary guitarist Robben Ford on tour, and have invited artists such as guitarist Jean-Marie Ecay and saxophonist Julien Lourau to join them on stage. \nTheir style is a fusion of jazz, blues, Afro and Caribbean influences, offering music that is both melodic and deeply groovy.
