Gene Ammons is one of the eatly influences in saxophone. Dexter Gordon was influenced by him but also players like Sal Nistico, Branford and more. Is one of the first in the so called “texas tenors” a more rough bluesy uproach. The band from tonight will p[lay his hits like Close your Eyes & Jungke Strutt !
