A special encounter between Brazilian music and jazz, featuring two distinctive musical personalities: renowned saxophonist Paul van der Feen, a prominent member of the Metropole Orkest, and guitarist/composer Jan Dumée, bringing their virtuosic & grooving playing style and deep love for Brazilian music.
At the piano is the renowned and versatile Kino Haitsma, joined on bass by the masterful Boris Oud, and behind the drums Roy Dackus, a drummer with an exceptional feel for groove and Brazilian rhythms.
Together, they form a quintet where bossa nova, samba and Brazilian grooves meet improvisation, adventure and swing.
