Jazzkitchen was born from the years of drive of bassist and bandleader Jiroh Matulessy.
After years at the center of the music world, he built this band step by step.
The result: a tight, energetic formation that effortlessly switches between groove, power, and finesse.
With Jazzkitchen, Jiroh wants only one thing: to take you along.

The band draws inspiration from greats like Jeff Lorber and Billy Cobham, but puts its own spin on it with original compositions.

Leading the way is the Portuguese saxophonist Fábio de Almeida, known for his energetic and groundbreaking playing.
