About Matu Miranda – A singer, songwriter, and guitarist, Matu Miranda was born in Campo Grande (MS) and currently resides in Rio de Janeiro (RJ), Brazil. Matu’s musical identity blends influences from Brazilian instrumental music, Northeastern Brazilian music, jazz, soul, MPB (Brazilian Popular Music), resulting in a unique sound. In 2023, Matu was a semifinalist in the latest edition of The Voice Brasil, as part of Carlinhos Brown’s team. With musical and poetic creativity, a powerful yet sensitive voice, Matu has been winning over an ever-growing audience. With a strong media presence, he has over 130,000 followers on social media, garnering fans across Brazil and Worldwide. With an EP and several singles released, he has thousands of monthly listeners on audio platforms. Matu also loves collaborating with other artists, leading to special appearances with musicians like Michael Pipoquinha, Arismar do Espírito Santo, Josiel Konrad, among others. Currently, Matu is touring with shows in various formats, always based on an original repertoire, and including creative versions of classics that have been part of his musical journey.
