Theo Naishtat Quartet
Led by Argentine guitarist Theo Naishtat, the quartet features some of the finest musicians from Conservatorium van Amsterdam: Paul Sanson on alto sax, Dennis Levin on double bass, and Gabriel Apostolidis. The group will perform compositions of the guitarist and jazz standards.
Theo Naishtat is a jazz guitarist from Buenos Aires who is part of the European Jazz Master programme of the Conservatories of Amsterdam, Paris, Berlin, and Trondheim. He has released two albums as leader: “Refugio” (2021) and “Afinidades” (2023). His style has an important influence on modern jazz and hard-bop.
